Signing In

I'm using the PC 2020 version of Real Times. It says that I am not signed in and to restart the computer, which, of course, does nothing. What's the fix?

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
