Crashing Using Cleaner

It doesn't seem to want to scan anything over 46 tracks. Just crashes and closes. Any advice?

  This can happen for the 2 specific reasons.

  • Bad installation of RealPlayer
  • Corrupted audio files or incorrect file format that is causing the application to crash

  To ensure you are not having a bad installation of RealPlayer, it is suggested that you have a fresh install of RealPlayer. 

  To check if any of your 46 tracks are corrupted or having an incorrect file format, the best solution would be to use RealConverter to convert them to MP3 even though they may be in MP3 format currently. Once you have converted them to MP3 using RealConverter, it would ensure that the files are compatible with RealPlayer. You can try the cleaner function. If the issue persists, please let us know.
