No download option due to advertising window for upgrade Realplayer

After a few days of undisturbed use, there is no longer any possibility of downloading videos, as the penetrating advertising window for upgrading the Real Player replaces the file manager and the download is no longer possible even after the advertising window is closed. How are you supposed to get past this window?

  If you close the upgrade prompt, does it come back up on your next download? Can you please confirm? In the meanwhile, please reinstall RealPlayer and let us know if the upgrade prompt goes away. Please note: You may occasionally receive the upgrade prompt but not always and hampering you ability to download videos.

  Hello i reinstalled the program, after a few days the advert comes, when i close the advert window - there is no possibility to make a download even if i copy the url into the window.

  When i close the real player windows and try to make a new download same procedure , advert windows and no chance to download a video  ;-)
