Name, Prajnan Chaitan Email- jeeswamijee@gmail.com I have already been paid $24,99 on 23/07/2021 through TATA Card, Trxn of USD24.99 on TATA Card 03 without effecting add'nl factor of authentication mandated by RBI,at REALPLAYER on 23 Jul 21.for the user license/permission of Real Downloader Software. So please confirm this to me.

  We see an active RealPlayer Downloader Express under your email address. You were charged $24.99 for this purchase.

  If you see an $0.80 or $1.00 transaction from us on your online banking statement, it isn't actually a charge, but an authorization. When you entered your payment information on our website, we requested this authorization to verify that the payment information entered is valid.

  Your bank will usually remove the authorization within 48-72 business hours, although this varies from bank to bank. We will not know anything about RBI mandates.
