Realplayer Realdownloader will only download one video at a time.
Just upgraded to RealPlayer 20/20 PLUS. I uninstalled according to the directions given on your website. Did a full shutdown and restart of my computer and reinstalled the latest version of the software and the upgrades.
My internet downloads at 100mps.
I am signed into Realplayer and I have the Star by my name.
I started downloading a playlist from Yahoo and it was only downloading one video at a time. When RealPlayer Downloader wouldn't simultaneous downloads, I closed the program, rebooted my computer and tried to download another playlist and had the same result. I tried this three times more with the exact same result.
The Realplayer 20/20 Plus plan states that I will get "SIMULTANEOUS, UNLIMITED SPEED DOWNLOADS", but I am not getting that.
I had Realplayer 20/20 Downloader Express and upgraded to RealPlayer 20/20 PLUS today specifically to the Simultaneous, Unlimited Speed Downloads. Seems that either your website is not telling the truth or their is a problem with your software.
I have read many messages regarding this exact issue, but it never seems that the post gets resolved, it just sits there in limbo.
Today is Wednesday, September 8th, 2021. If I do not get resolution to my problem by September 15th, 2021, I will be demanding a refund to the upgrade and go find another program that can download my playlists.

Can you please let us know the following information:
1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download and the web browser you are using?
Please note: You should be able to download a maximum of 3 videos simultaneously concurrently with your RealPlayer Plus v.2020.
