Do People work at this company?
I have been trying for days to resolve a problem after purchasing "premium package"....still getting access denied. Do people work at this company? do they read these? Does anyone know how can get assistance or perhaps a refund and try another software. Seriously!

Looking at your records, the last time you contacted us was 4 years ago and we see that we responded to you. If you have any issues with RealPlayer please let us know.

They work as best they can, just need be patient. Many of the problems have to do with our computers, for example the FFMPEG dynamic library to decode videos, sometimes fails if the video specifications are not standard (illegal input)
