  We have identified the slow download speeds. Our engineering team is looking into it. Unfortunately, we don't have a workaround at this time. We have added your email address to the list of affected users and we will email you as soon as the issue is identified & resolved.

  Sucks here, too.  I've tried EVERY fix, including uninstalling and re-installing.  Lucky if I can get .5 Mbps.

  Joan,

  Not sure what version you have but if you are on RealPlayer v.18 or older, you will see these downloads slow. We are not making any more bug fixes on this version due to its age. Please install RealPlayer v.20 if you want faster downloads.
