Subscription Real Downloader too slow

I have been subscribed to Real for years. Downloads are now at a super slow crawl. How can I speed up downloads?

  RECENTLY CITI BANK INFORMED THAT THEY HAD DECLINED PAYMENT TO YOU

  PLEASE DONT CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP

  THE REASON FOR THIS IS 

  THAT THE RESERVE BANK OF INDIA HAS ISSUED INSTRUCTIONS TO HOLD REOCCURING PAYMENT DUE TO SOME DELAY IN FIXXATION OF EXCHANGE RATE FOR INTERNATIONAL SUBSRIPTIONS

  IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE

  THEREFORE PLEASE BEAR WITH THE DELAY

  Not to worry, we won't cancel your subscription but our systems are automated. Our systems will try to charge the credit card on file every other day. The system would do that 14 times which means that you have 28 days to update your credit card for the transaction to go through. If you feel this may take longer, our system will automatically cancel your subscription. However, you are most welcome to re-subscribe to the same plan whenever you are ready.
