my library is empty and i just paid for 20/20 version

I recently purchased the new version of real player, the 20/20. I was trying to download a video, not only it didn't work, but i lost all my videos in my library. Also, they don't even have a real customer service to email or contact for help. This program is awful and I regret purchasing it. I have already paid three time for this program.

  Where are your videos stored? If they are stored in the same PC where you have RealPlayer installed, RealPlayer will automatically add the videos to its library if the videos are stored in the Videos folder. If you have stored it on a different folder, you will need to add that folder in RealPlayer's Preferences.

  As you say you are unable to download videos, can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download and the web browser you are using?
