I Tried the Fix for Slow Download Speeds, Still no W0rking

Hi,

I tried the suggested fix of: (1) Starting to download a video from Youtube; (2) Close all open windows; and (3) Restart my computer. My download speed increased once and then it slowed down again. I repeated the suggested method but still no change. Here is an example of os a site that I have tried. Gloomhaven - Favorite House Rules Round 2(IT'S NOT CHEATING) - YouTube. I have the 20/20 plus plan.

  We were able to download that particular video without any issues.

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with the web browser you are using?

  Hello,

  Thank you for responding to my question. My version number is 2021.06.06.0. I generally use Edge but I also have tried Chrome.
