cANNOT USE TRIMMER
Used Real Player to download and it made them "ts" files. When I tried to trim, trimmer would not load them, refused to recognize, so I tried to convert them to Mp4 and the goddamn thing again refused to recognize and load for converting. WHY IN THE FUCK YOUR THING MAKE 'EM THAT WAY AND WHY DON'T YOUR APP RECOGNIZE THESE? mAKES THE WHOLE THING USELESS AND I WASTED MY TIME GETTING THEM TO LOAD AND TRYING TO DO SOMETHING WITH 'EM. SPENT ALMOST A WEEK TRYING TO DOWNLOAD AS JUST ABOUT EVERY TIME THE BLUE LINE SLOWLY CROSSES THE SCREEN GETTING INTO 95% LOADED THEN FAILS TO LOAD. FUCKDAMN. TOO BAD A PERSON CAN'T SUE FOR $ LIKE $25 AN HOUR, HELL, OWE ME $2K AT LEAST. YOUR THING IS ALMOST AS BAD AS INTERNET EXPLORER WITH PAGES FLYING FROM ONE FOLDER TO ANOTHER, TAKING HALF AN HOUR AND JUST WHEN IT GETS ABOVE 97% DONE IT SAYS IT FAILED. SHIT WASTED WEEKS ON THAT GARBAGE APP. YOU ARE TRYING TO BE THE SAME WAY? SEND ME SOME KIND OF FIX FOR YOUR APP, OR I GUESS ITS UNINSTALL . klsnyydeyeah@gmail.com

We don't control how websites host their videos. Some websites host them in .MP4 format and some in .TS format. Our downloader is designed to download videos as is available. Therefore, if you the website you are downloading videos from has it in .TS format, it will download as .TS format.
Our engineering team is making changes to the way our downloader works. Irrespective of the format, we would be converting them to .MP4 automatically. This will be available in a future update.
