Commercial Blu-Ray Support

I purchased the full version of Real Player and I have a rewritable blu-ray drive with the drivers installs, however I cannot play commercially bought blu ray movies on RealPlayer, can you please help assist me? Is there any codecs I could be missing?

  We don't support Blu-ray playback or burn at this time.
