 I USE RP ON PC SINCE MANY YEARS AND HAVE NOTHING TO SAY. BUT WHEN A FEW DAYS AGO I DECIDED TO DOWNLOAD IT ON MY SMARTPHONE TO LISTEN TO MY MUSIC AND WATCH VIDEOS NOTHING WORKS. WHAT CAN I DO?

  You will need RealPlayer v.20 to be installed on your PC to access videos on your mobile app. In addition, to get full access to your Pc library, you will need RealTimes Premium subscription.
