The Download Tab comes down but disappears too soon, before I can initiate the download.

The Download Tab comes down but disappears too soon, before I can initiate the download.  Is there any way I can download the video when this happens?  Thank you

  If you hover your mouse over the area where the Downloader button is, it should normally drop down Please make sure there is a video playing in the web browser when you do this. If you are already playing a video and it disappears, please make sure you have the latest version of RealPlayer. You can download it from www.real.com.

  If the issue persists, please let us know which web browser you are using and which website you are attempting to download videos from.
