Unable to sign in to realplayer from Realplayer 20/20.

When I try to sign in to Realplayer from Realplayer 20/20, It doesn't ask for my Password and e-mail as you'll see from the screenshot.

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

  Can I save my playlists doing this?.

  Unfortunately, you can save playlists or export them. If you are over-installing RealPlayer, no changes will happen to your playlists. If you do a clean reinstall of RealPlayer, you will lose your playlists.
