file parsing issue

trying to trim MP4 video and get the file parsing message, still have Windows 7 or 8

  If you are seeing File Parsing error messages, it means that the MP4 file has certain codecs that are not compatible with RealPlayer. You can first convert the existing MP4 using RealConverter. You can choose the output as MP4. This will ensure that the MP4 has codecs that are supported by RealPlayer.
