Clicked on link that said RealPlayer Download would work on Mac OS.
it doesn't.

Won't work on my iPad either.  So I purchased for nothing.  I need my money back and I will forget that I just spent way too much time figuring out what doesn't work about your app or software.

RealPlayer only works with Windows at this time. This email confirms your refund for your RealPlayer Downloader purchase in the amount of $26.96.

Depending on your financial institution, please allow a few days for the refund to post. This will appear on your next credit card statement issued following this processing period.
