Real Downloader Not Working

Hello, 

I have been this issue since past couple month or so, Real Player no longer is downloading videos since past month or so, from the website that I have always been downloading. The website is Voot.com. I looked up some troubleshooting that your technical department had recommended for similar issues for other users but none has worked. Appreciate your help.

  While you can download videos from most popular websites, we are not responsible if certain websites block the ability to download their videos. That said, the website you are referring to doesn't open for us to test. This is what we get.

  Thanks! This is the geo restricted website from India. Have to access through VPN from US. It was working just fine until a month ago!

  You will have to contact them to find out if they have blocked their videos from being downloaded. Can you please go to another website such as YouTube to download a video? This will confirm if the Downloader is working or not.

  Sorry for the delay in replying. I have been slammed at work. I think downloading from YouTube works so downloader is working okay it seems but I tried another website and it isn’t working there either. I never had any problems downloading and lately a lot of problems are cropping up!
