Canceled account but still charged full year
I attempted to cancel RealPLayer last September when it would not work with my browser (Brave). I also tried to change my email address without success. When I try to change it still, it will not let me because I don't have an alternate address set up.
I do NOT want realplayer any more. I was charged a full year for premium yesterday ($49.99) to a stolen card when paypal automatically put through the charge to my alternate payment source. Your website says you won't refund it. I am hoping you will make an exception. Real player does not work well... You can look at my account and see how little my utilization was because I simply could not make it work.
I hope this works... Even trying to find a way to communicate with support was almost impossible. You really don't want to hear from customers it would seem.

Our records indicate that you cancelled your subscription only today (2/25/2022). We also received a notification today (2/25/2022) from PayPal that you cancelled the Billing Agreement with them. In addition, our logs don't indicate any attempts of cancellation anytime prior to 2/25/2022. Lastly, we don't monitor usage therefore we would not know if you are using the service or not.
We can confirm that you won't be charged any further. As a one-time courtesy, we have refunded your recent charge. Depending on your financial institution, please allow a few days for the refund to post. This will appear on your next credit card statement issued following this processing period.
