Cannot burn video to disc because they say the decoder software is not available for my system but I just downloaded the latest system.

  This message usually shows up if your Windows is missing certain codecs on the videos which are required to burn your videos. You can convert the videos that you want to burn into a DVD to MP4 using our RealConverter. Once you have converted them, add the converted MP4s to your burn list. If you still run into this issue, please let us know.
