Can't even sign into realplayer since last update
Totally messed up my computer with this new update I cant even sign into my account and somehow an antivirus software RAV was installed and is interfering with the function of my computer Totally messed up!

I have had serious problems with my PC, daily bluescreens until when it finally gave up the ghost last week.
I changed the m.2 ssd and reinstalled a lot of programs with no problems. Finally I got round to installing your Real player/downloader.
The install appeared to be OK, but when I tried to "sign in", either from the top left menu or the option on the top right corner, the sign in box came up but empty and would not allow for signing in, and it didn't matter how long it was left on screen to do so.
I tried again by uninstalling and downloading a new copy, by installing from a 1920 version. All failed at the sign in screen. I uninstalled and reininstalled on another PC, this worked correctly.Any idea what can be wrong ?

We are not sure what you mean by 1920 version. To resolve your issue on the PC you are unable to sign in, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
