Photos on RealPlayer

Apparently, my computer was hacked or something. It keeps resetting to factory settings every time it sleeps or is turned off. I LOST EVERYTHING. EVEN BACKUP. All the irreplaceable photos ended up on RealPlayer. (huh?) I am trying to figure out how I can save them to a flash drive and not loose them permanently. Is there a way please? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

  RealPlayer is only a media player that adds videos, music and photos that are stored in your PC's hard disk. So if your Windows keeps getting factory reset, you should first fix that issue so your data stored in your hard disk is safe. Your local IT technician should be able to fix it or you can contact your PC manufacturer.
