Problems with my account information-What is it ?? CALL ME on my phone !

People at Real Player:      I just received an email stating there is a problem with my account information !  I CANNOT get an answer as to what the alledged problem is !!

Can anybody tell me ??  Can somebody call me on my phone or not ??

  We don't offer phone support so unable to call. We looked at your account and it looks like your credit card company ending in XX31 is not allowing the charges to go through. Please contact your credit card company and have them allow the transaction to go through.

  We also sent you an email regarding this via # 450109.
