PRIVATE PIN
Couple of years ago I had problem with sign in and private Codes. I requested the community support for help. Eventually they help me with 2 codes. one for sign in and other for private. They always worked fine. But when new version has come. The strange happened that it takes my old sign in code well. But when I try to open PRIATE, it does take my old pin,. instead it gives me a proforma to fill and choose new codes for both. when I make,it will not accept. When my sign in still works. Kindly help me to accept my old pin for PRIVATE as well.

First, please make sure you are signed into RealPlayer with your yahoo address. This will activate your Plus features and you won't be prompted to purchase again. Once you are signed in, you should see a star (*) before your name on the top right corner of RealPlayer. This indicates that your Plus is activated. You can now click Private mode and enter your PIN.
