Video saved in private mode
In the last three weeks, all the videos that were saved in the "Private" mode have disappeared. I am signed in, and did verify that these videos were there on at least three occasions, (because it's happened before). But today, everything is gone.
Are they stored, in other files? If so, Where? If not, why is this happening. I have also verified that I have the latest version. (Premium)
Can anyone help solve this mystery...

Are you seeing a star (*) before your name on the top right corner of RealPlayer? If yes, it means that you are successfully signed in. Did anything change in the past 3 weeks like a Windows update or a RealPlayer update or did you change computers?

Yes there is a star before my name. No I have not installed any RealPlayer Update, because there is none available. As for a windows update, I am not certain as this is possible although I have not initiated one.
