Unable to decode personal videos

I have been able to download and save many videos.

I have been able to transfer the normal ones onto a DVD.

However, I have just tried to burn some of my personal videos onto a video disk and  it would not burn;

Can you please help me to resolve this as soon as possible.

THIS IS THE MESSAGE WHICH CAME UP ON THE SCREEN WHEN I PUSHED BURN; 

The software that's used to decode the media is not available on this system. Installing the correct decoders for the files you are working with may help to correct the problem.

  You will see such messages if the videos contain codecs that are not supported by RealPlayer. One solution is to use RealConverter to convert these videos to MP4. If you are successful in converting them to MP4, RealPlayer will have the correct codecs built into these videos. 

  Please note: Some videos made from cameras etc use proprietary codecs which may not be compatible with RealPlayer.

  Thank you. This is very helpful.  Could you please advise where I can find the RealConverter  Where is it please, and what is the link for this?

  Right click on the video from RealPlayer library, click Edit and choose Convert. You will find RealConverter open up. Under "Convert to:", choose MP4 and click OK. Once it is successfully converted, this converted MP4 file will be compatible with RealPlayer.
