MY REAL PLAYER CHANGED ASKING ME TO UPGRADE AGAIN

MY DVD PLAYER WOULDN'T WORK IN REAL PLAYER I WHEN TO DATA TOOL I DIDN'T SEE MY NAME, EMAIL OR DATA I STARTED WITH REALPLAYER AUG 8,2014. I COULDN'T VERIFY LOOKS LIKE IT'S SAYING GOT A FREE REALPLAYER WHEN I HAVE UPGRADE 3 TIMES WITH REALPLAYER. IT HAS A LIGHT AND DARK MODE I NOTICE. THIS ALL HAPPEN TODAY YESTERDAY WAS THE FIRST IN A LONG TOIME I USE MY STORY EVERYTHING WAS FINE TILL I PUT A DVD DISK IN IT ASK ME TO UPGRADE TO PLAY MY DVD SO MANY ADS. REQUESTING TECHNICIAN SHARMA FOR HELP HE CAN FIX REALPLAYER PROBLEMS. I'M CENTRAL TIME CHICAGO HANDICAPPED NURSE. HOME 24-7 RETIRED NURSE

  I had the same issue and found the following solution in another post. This worked for me. You may be running RealPlayer 22 Maybe was an accidental upgrade.

  If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer 22 and install RealPlayer 20/20. You can install RealPlayer 20/20 by clicking this link.

  Once you have installed RealPlayer 20/20, you will need to sign into it to activate your Plus features.
