Can you please send us a screenshot of your library showing the downloaded date as 11/19/2000?. We have never seen this happen so would like to better understand the issue. Can you also provide the screenshot of your system clock?

It didn't happen on Windows 10.

All downloaded files will have this date and time. System clock is normal.
The environment is Windows11 Home Ver.22H2 Build 22621.674
A similar question was raised shortly after Windows 11 was released. It's been quite some time, but I haven't received any response, nor have I received any correction information.
I have purchased it as a paid application, so please solve it as soon as possible.0
