Real player Plus
I have bought a real deal Plus on 3/18/21. I can't access any features.

I have lost my on screen icon for RealPlayer, and now when I try to reinstall RealPlayer I keep getting the message that I have no room on my computer, even though I did prior to trying to reinstall...I have paid for premium with extra GBs(25GBs)...HELP!!!

I have the same issue. Every time I launch the app, it asks me to upgrade to Plus, which I already paid for years ago. If I hit ignore, it prompts me that I will lose all the paid features of Plus even though may account says Plus when I log in.
What is going on?
First I had bought the lifetime plan a few years ago. Then a couple of years ago or so, I made an additonal payment of $39,00 or so because they told me the Lifetime plan didn't include some paid features. Now, I can't access the said paid features I paid for. Is that a scam or what? If I can't access all the paid features, I will join another service.

You purchased RealPlayer Plus 20/20. If you installed RealPlayer 22, you will need to upgrade to activate Plus features in RealPlayer 22 as this is a different product with additional new features. If you want to upgrade, please let us know. As a loyal user, you are eligible for a discount.
If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer 22 and install RealPlayer 20/20. You can install RealPlayer 20/20 by clicking this link.

Once you have installed RealPlayer 20/20, you will need to sign into it to activate your Plus features.
