Something went wrong error message

Downloaded RealPlayer mobile app and subscribed to the premium plan. After subscribing, whenever I open the app I keep getting a "something went wrong" error message and I cannot find any of my old downloads. I had to cancel the subscription. How can I fix this? Thank you.

  Can you please let us know the following?

  1. What is the mobile operating system? Is it Android or iOS?
  2. Were these downloads on this phone or a different phone?
  3. When do you see this message "something went wrong"? At the time of launching the app or when doing something in the app?
