same here but other than getting the run around and having a rep want access to my comp remotely, they haven't bothered to fix the issue..

I've emailed real player about this, someone named Sharma keeps copying and pasting responses, and refuses to listen.Sharma keeps saying your real players too old, shut your VPN off, change ip addr...
