No pictures of clips when sent to my hard disk
have problem with my real player clips when stored in hard disk not showing clip picture, i have to play it to see content, not like what used to be that a picture of the clips shown

Can't browse clips on pc
When transferred clips from my phone to PC, no browsing picture appears on clip unless i click to open then it will play. In the past, the moment clips sent PC, picture of clip appears right away, ...
