General Error
Just updated to 22 and I can not play any videos from my play lists. I get a General Error message, An object or name was not found. Worked fine on all previous versions. Is there any way I can still download previous version it worked great.

I downloaded 20/20 from the Real Player website. Everything is well again. No error message. Everything plays as it should. I may not have the dark mode but at least I can watch videos again.

Was attempting to install Real Player update - I think it was Real Player plus - Hopefully you can identify which one from my account and charges. I made an error on installing update and could not return to previous page. I have already paid for the update but now am unable to download it - or locate a way to retry. Could you please send me a link that would enable me to download Plus and directions to do so. I am not tech savvy so please keep as simple as possible as apparently I need help. Thanks.
