I purchased the 20/20 Plus plan last year and up until recently my subscription channel was active in the main menu.  The system updated to the 22/22 Plus automatically.  I called tech support and they sent me a link to reinstall the 20/20 plus version again.  After I downloaded it again, my subscription channel isn't active and it keeps telling me to upgrade to 22/22 plus.  Before the 22/22 plus version downloaded, I had access to the channel subscription.  It is also telling me that I am on the free plan when I purchased it.
