I've used realplayer for quite a while and purchased the "premium" version a few years back.  I was given the impression that my payment would be a one-time payment but now I'm informed that my version will no longer be supported.  And if I download the latest version, I will lose all the special features.  I will only have these features if I purchase the new "Plus" version. As a loyal user, I can purchase this at a 50% discount. WTF!! So a few years from now, this version will no longer be supported and I will have to purchase another version!!!??? What a scam! What happened to one-time payment!!??
