New Update Downgraded Me from One-Time Plus to Free

I just did an update and It put me back to Free when I paid a one-time fee for Plus so I could get faster downloads and Playlist down loads. How can I get it back?

  同じ状況です。2年前に購入し有料プランでしたが12月アップデートしたところ
  サインインしても無料プランになってしまっています。問い合わせ窓口もわからず、どうすればよいでしょうか？

  The same thing happened to me. I can find no way to get support. It appears that customer support for Real Player has vanished.
