when trying to burn a cd the following message appears realplayer not working windows is looking for a solution

I would like a refund of the $24.95 this will not burn my pic to CD have tried numerous times twice I haven't been able to open it one time it would not open said default it had been moved to movie video, other times when I think it is burning it just goes to a blank screen, I just want a refund of the $24.95
