Downloading videos from youtube

When I was downloading a video 

A message 'Download incomplete ,Refresh web page and try again.'appears.

What should I do and how can I refresh the web page?

  To resolve this issue, first update to the most recent version of RealPlayer. You can download it at: http://www.real.com/

  Once you've installed the latest version, try downloading videos again - you should no longer be getting that error.
