uploading photos to pc library

I upgraded to premium but each time I try to upload a picture to pc library it fails to do so and I get the window to upgrade again. What's going on???

  Make sure you have  enough Cloud space to upload the file you want.

  Please follow the instructions from the link below: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204043153-Uploading-files-to-RealTimes

  Please note that files will be uploaded to Cloud.
