Premium Upgrade
I VOWED I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM REAL PLAYER BECAUSE THE COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE ANY DIRECT CONTACT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS TO USE. HOWEVER, I NEEDED TO UPGRADE MY REALPLAYER AFTER CHANGING MY NEW PC WHICH OS IS WINDOWS 8.1
AFTER REDOWNLOADING I COULD ONLY GET THE BASIC. YESTERDAY I UPGRADED MY COPY TO PREMIUM AND WAS CHARGED €35.99 WHICH I PAID ON MY VISA DEBIT CARD AND RECEIVED A THANK YOU NOTE FROM REAL TIMES FOR MY UPGRADE. BUT NO INVOICE OR CONFIRMATION OF MY PAYMENT. I DO NOT TRUST ANY COMPANY THAT DOES NOT DEAL DIRECT WITH THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS. HOPEFULLY SOMEHOW YOU MAY GET THIS MESSAGE AND ACT ACCORDINGLY.
