Real Player Downloader

Real Player Downloader 'hangs up' a lot. Have to 'stand' on the Escape key to get it to stop hanging up, and even that takes a while. It gives me 'wait for program to respond' or 'close program.' Get this a lot. And I suspect those Google Ads on there could be contributing to it. Uninstalled Real Player and re-installed it and it was ok for a while and now it is doing it again. Am running Windows 7.
