Sound does not work in library downloads
The sound just stopped on videos in my library. Even on ones it had previously worked on. I can see the videos. The sound works on the 'web videos page'... just not in my library. Sound also works on the net in general.
The sound works on other players, so I know it's not my sound card, speakers etc. It seems solely confined to my library and realplayer.
Can anyone help? Have I accidentally clicked something? :/

4- If you still experience the same issue, please reply to this email and provide the following information:
a) What is the format of the file? Right-click over the file in the Library, click on Details to see the format.
b) What is the origin of the file? Was it downloaded from internet using RealDownloader?
c) Do you have problem with all formats or with particular videos?-1 -
Why is it I always get cut and pasted stuff that really does not help my problem. I've tried all of those solutions, and I explained in depth what happens to me, as it's not really covered in any of those 'fixes'.
I'll just have to uninstall and reinstall. It usually does the trick, but I'm having to do it with increasing regularity lately.

If you have already tried all the steps below, try installing K-Lite fro the link below:

Restart you PC and try to play your files.
