ive paid for premium service package twice

now, my system has crashed  and i can never seem to be able to receive that service again thru updates, the site just says its a one time fee for premium .......apparently its not

  I have also paid twice and now I am asked to pay again..what's going on...

  Do we need to report real player to "RipOff.com" to let everyone and future clients know this?   ..Please.explain and fix this issue. I have my account for over 15 years and have been using real player beyond...but now all this...

  A very "pissed of"f loyal customer of RealPlayer...do you really care?
