Wrongfull ACCOUNT CLASSIFICATION AS "FREE".
The status of my account have been changed to FREE for no apparent reason. I have highlighted this error in the passed, but my concern have been ignored.
From the beginning of my using your product, I have paid for it. This include numerous UPGRADES which you introduced on a regular bases.
Please rectify this position because I am being disadvantaged and do not receive the benefits of a FULLPAYING Member.
