    Our system shows that you have RealTimes Premium subscription. 

    A) To resolve the trimming and burning issues, please follow these steps to update to the latest version:

     

    1. Open RealPlayer.
    2. Click the RealPlayer logo on the top left corner and click Check for update.
    3. Follow the online instructions to update to the latest version.

     

    B) Make sure the Plus is active:

     

    To activate the Plus features, you should sign into the RealPlayer software. If you are already signed in, please sign out and sign back in.

     

    To sign out of RealPlayer:

     

    1. Open RealPlayer.
    2. Click the RealPlayer logo at the top left corner.
    3. Select "Sign out" from the drop-down menu.

     

    Sign into RealPlayer:

     

    1. Open RealPlayer.
    2. Click the RealPlayer logo at the top left corner.
    3. Select "Sign in" from the drop-down menu.
    4. Sign in with your email address and password.

    C) If the issues persist, please re-install RealPlayer as described below:
