 I have followed all instruction that I could find in help section my paid  account

   subscrprtion and the program will not upgrade theer is no contrac or support and they do not answer email or help to fix my account  they keep ask have to repay for upgrabe

  The Plus features have been enabled to your account. Please activate the paid features as described below:

   

  To activate the Plus features, you should sign into the RealPlayer software. If you are already signed in, please sign out and sign back in.

   

  To sign out of RealPlayer:

   

  1. Open RealPlayer.
  2. Click the RealPlayer logo at the top left corner.
  3. Select "Sign out" from the drop-down menu.

   

  Sign into RealPlayer:

   

  1. Open RealPlayer.
  2. Click the RealPlayer logo at the top left corner.
  3. Select "Sign in" from the drop-down menu.
  4. Sign in with your email address and password. If you forgot the password, please follow the steps below:
