I have been thru this website for hours trying to download what I paid for. I upgraded to real player 16 only to be able to make the real stories. I made 3 and I love them. I have tried deleting cookies and re-downloading time and again. It Will not work for me! I even printed out my credit card order to find the number to call! No such luck! Why would I pay to Upgrade Again if the last one I paid for doesn't work for me any more?

Very aggravated again today.
