despite your non reaction to previous posts i don't feel confident in a reaction to this, realplayer despite your previous efforts to blame microsoft STILL does not play mp4 files on my pc, i have 2 pc's running windows 10 pro with the same configuration, program plays mp4 on one but not on my main pc. the only difference is that one pc has a paid upgrade to win 10 pro and my main pc has a win 8 pro update but both are now at version 1703 which includes the previous fix that you posted.
awaiting a non reaction and therefore a non renewal of my annual subscription

1- To resolve the playback issue, install the K-Lite codec pack by clicking the below link:

2- If the issue persists, please re-install RealPlayer:
