thanks for your response. i'm fine with realplayer 18, it works fine. that's why i thought i'd paid the one time fee. actually, that amount per year wouldn't bother me. realplayer allows me to get video's from youtube and burn them onto dvd's so i can play my drums. if you have a newer version that works as well as v.18, that's free and won't require me to re-learn to use r.p. that'd be ok. one thing that's not working right is getting you tube video's from there to r.p.. i do know how to do it so it's not a problem but it'd be better just to click on the drop down and, baaam, there it is. maybe that's a copyright's issue, i wonder? that private feature, does that come with v. 18?. it's a very handy feature. also, thanks for refunding my money. just so you know, i'm your best advertiser. i have nothing but good things to say about your company, hell, over the years i've probably got 20 dvd's with music going back countless years, thanks, dennis
