How Do I Contact Customer Support?
Hi.
I purchased Real Player (the latest version) and attempted to verify my Email address, but I never received an Email from Real which would allow me to do so (I clicked on the "verify" link in my account information window a bunch of times, but I still didn't receive any verification Email from Real).
I thought that my Email address might be the problem but when I attempted to add a different Email address to my account it wouldn't let me (a note popped up telling me that I had to verify my original Email address before I could add a new one to my account).
Thinking that my account might be the problem I deleted it and purchased a new license for Real Player (my second license purchase within a day or two) using an entirely new Email address (which started an entirely new account with Real).
I signed in and attempted to verify my NEW Email address and ran into the same problem. No matter how many times a click on the "verify" link (for Email) I still don't get a verification Email from Real... but it tells me that if I am unable to verify my Email address I should contact customer support.
Well how do I contact customer support? I can't find a customer support Email address for Real anywhere. I've even done a Google search for Real Customer Support and all I get are pages for the Real Community... there doesn't seem to be an Email address for Customer support anywhere.
So how in the heck do I get in touch with Real Customer Support?
I'm really frustrated at this point.

I have the same problem little squares of blanks in my play back... Where is customer support when you need it or did I waste my money???????

Hello Everyone:
I finally received a reply from the folks at RealTimes (I somehow managed to find SOME way of contacting them... but now I forget how I did it).
Evidently there's a problem that allows you to verify your Email address from within the Real Player itself. Real Times informed me that this issue is known to them (and that they have currently have a "team working on it")...
The check is in the mail.
Just figured that I would offer everyone that tidbit of information.

I have tried everything I can think of to do. I even replied to an e-mail from them and it came back as bad address.
They have my money and I don't have Real Player Plus.
